Not a big ding, but it is what I remember of the place. During my stay at the park I saw deer, a raccoon, some kind of beaver or muskrat thing, turtles, rabbits, squirrels, and a tom cat. Each year, catfish are raised in the lake and released in September. There is a huge patch of bloodroot that blooms every April on the west side of the lake!
